3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
For Sellers: Upon successful sale of a property, IQAR Invest's commission, as agreed, will be deducted. No refunds are allowed on commission once a sale is made.
For Renters: Any security deposit will be returned per the lease agreement, minus any damage or unpaid fees.
Cancellation: For properties booked for rent, the cancellation policy will be detailed in the lease agreement.
4. Listing policy
Eligibility: Only verified property owners or their authorized representatives can list properties.
Accuracy: All property details provided should be accurate. Misrepresentation may lead to delisting or other penalties.
Fees: There may be listing fees or promotional fees associated with premium listings.
Photos and Videos: All media should be of high quality and accurately represent the property.
