We Execute all types of official transactions in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

1- Conduct all activities and develop all transactions pertaining to:
Building permits
Modification permits and Settlements
All other matters related to the Engineers Syndicate and Civil Regulatory Authorities and the Union of Municipalities
2- Development of all transactions related to the delineation of official property boundaries by the Order of Surveyors
3- Development and processing of all sales agreements at the Notary Public’s office
4- Conduct all activities related to the registration of transactions at the Financial, Real Estate and Lands Departments
5- Conducting follow-up on all documents and paperwork related to all transactions with all concerned municipalities and submitting all requests as proper and obtaining all needed certificates

We purchase and sale all types of buildings and lands while maintaining the privacy of each area and while giving priority and preference in the purchase to local residents.

The primary property owner or their agent may give authorization to “IQAR INVEST” to sell their property. For that purpose, the owner, hereby referred to as “the seller”, must provide the following:
Personal Documents
Original Title Deed
Copy of the property owner's ID or Personal Civil Status Record
Real estate Certificate if the property was registered at the Judge’s Office
Zoning and Planning Certificate
Certificate of Contents from the relevant municipality
Financial Clearance Certificate
Municipal Rates Clearance Certificate (for buildings)
Property Documents
Deed of assignment for the section up for sale
Latest paid water bill
Municipal Rates Clearance Certificate
Cadastral and Partition map
Overall map of the propertyPartition map
